These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the Capital Tech website located at capitaltechmountrepairservices.com and any pages we control that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is the property of Capital Tech Mount & Repair (“Capital Tech,” “we,” “us”). BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.
We may change these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. It’s your responsibility to check for updates. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. As long as you comply with these Terms, Capital Tech grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to access and use the Site.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND ANY LINKED SITES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE OR CONTENT IS TO STOP USING THE SITE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAPITAL TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS). IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, CAPITAL TECH IS FOUND LIABLE IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE OR CONTENT, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED US$100.
You agree to indemnify and hold Capital Tech and its personnel harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
We may disclose information about you if we believe it necessary in connection with an investigation of any violation of law or these Terms. We may, in our sole discretion and without notice, terminate your access to the Site if we determine you have violated these Terms or applicable policies, or as required by law or operational needs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York (without regard to conflicts rules). Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in New York State under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court with appropriate jurisdiction. Class actions are waived. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues.
The Site is controlled from the United States. Not all features, products, or services referenced on the Site are available in all locations. Capital Tech may limit availability at its discretion. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.
You may not use or export any Content or any copy or adaptation of such Content in violation of applicable laws and regulations. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it shall be replaced with a valid provision that best reflects the original intent, and the remainder will continue in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Capital Tech regarding Site use and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
Any feedback you provide through the Site is non-confidential and may be used by Capital Tech without restriction. Information on the Site is subject to change without notice.
